Will I be able to choose my free bow?
Sorry, no. The free bows are chosen at random and may not be one that is online.
Do I need to add a code to receive my free bow?
No need to add a code, if you've spend $60 + shipping it will automatically be included.
How long will delivery take?
Items are sent from QLD, Australia. All items are sent via standard mail and are subject to Auspost turn around times. There is a slight delay due to COVID-19 that is unavoidable.
How long until my items are sent?
Turn around time is two business days. If for some reason it is any longer we will be in contact.
Can I track my parcel?
Tracking details are provided via email.
Shipping information for prints?
A4 - if purchasing only A4 prints, this will be mailed in a rigid mailer. No tracking
A3 - will be mailed in a tube, with tracking
A4 & A3 - will be mailed in a tube with tracking
A4 & headbands - if safe to do so, the rigid mailed will be attached to your headbands package.

My parcel says delivered but I don’t have my package?
Please contact Australia Post through your tracking link.
I’m worried about my package being delivered when I’m not home, what can I do?
Please select signature on delivery. Auspost should also text you before your package is delivered, please select the appropriate response to ensure the package is taken to the post office. Please note once the package has left our office it is in Auspost’s care.

What is a digital download?
We provide the artwork in 4 different size files, in JPEG format and you print yourself. This is a more affordable way to decorate your home.
What sizes do you receive?
- A3 (29.7cm x 42cm)
- A4 (21cm x 29.7cm)
- A5 (14.8cm x 21.0cm)
- 8" x 10" (20.32cm x 25.4cm)
Can I order another size?

How are digital downloads delivered?
We email these within 2 business days of purchasing. They will be in a zip file, with every size we list.
Printing Process:
For best results, we recommend printing the art using high-quality paper or card stock.
You can print at home, print shop, or an online service!
If you are going to print at home, we would advise using a heavier paper, at least 200gsm.
